We’re looking for a dedicated, licensed Therapist to join our team and provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic services, and evidence-based treatment.

Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities

Provide individual and couples psychotherapy sessions (in-person or via telehealth)
Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
Collaborate with other clinicians and staff to coordinate care
Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth

Requirements

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
Active and valid California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience serving diverse populations
Bilingual in English/Spanish or other languages
Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHR systems

Psychiatrist

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s symptoms, history, and treatment goals
Provide medication management and monitor treatment response
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR
Collaborate with therapists, clinicians, and other staff to coordinate patient care
Participate in team meetings and trainings to support continuous growth

Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Active and valid state medical license
Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience
Excellent communication, clinical judgment, time management, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience serving diverse populations
Bilingual in English/Spanish or other languages
